Our exploration begins at Rinca Island, where morning treks through rugged landscapes reveal the island’s famed Komodo dragons in their natural habitat. After a delicious lunch aboard Aqua Blu, arrive at Nusa Kode, a dramatic curvature of land that is the remains of an ancient volcano caldera. Visit the favorite haunts of sea eagles and Komodo dragons while aboard Aqua Blu’s tenders or choose to dive or swim instead.
Start the day with a drift snorkel or dive along Tatawa Besar’s rainbow reef, where soft and hard corals attract scores of marine life dancing in the current. After lunch, venture to Seraya Besar for an afternoon at Aqua Blu’s Beach Club, where a pristine beach and crystal-clear waters create the perfect setting for relaxation.
Start the day kayaking through the bay, surrounded by Gili Banta’s dramatic high cliffs rising from the water. Dive or snorkel along vibrant coral reefs teeming with marine life, then enjoy the rest of the afternoon unwinding on board as we sail towards Saleh Bay.
Arrive at Saleh Bay where you might have the chance to encounter friendly whale sharks at the bay, depending on the time of the month. In the evening, witness the dramatic flight of fruit bats at Satonda.
