Anita comes from a long line of artists, painters, piano players and photographers, since she remembers ‘the fine arts’ were a major part of her upbringing.

From an early age she studied music hall, theatre, comedy, jazz, and classical dance. In later years she became interested in Languages and studied Film Production, while working on several projects before meeting her partner and starting the biggest job of her life; Motherhood!

Fifteen years ago she came to Patagonia and immediately fell in love with this place. Some years later, equipped with a husband and a couple of young children, Anita moved here to live amongst lakes, volcanos and pristine forests.

Anita also studied accounting and, before joining Antarctica Travels, managed small businesses. Her administration skills, time management and organisational ability are her top secret weapons, no wonder she has become our Queen Octopus working at everything with 8 hands, she camouflages through every roll in the company and, gently but firmly, she handles our accounting and manages Antarctica Travels group projects smoothly.
